tech equipment such as cardiac monitors, defibrillators, IV pumps and ventilators and low tech items such as wheelchairs, IV stands, beds and much more for various care facilities such as Vincente Soto Memorial and other satellite hospitals throughout the island.
Eleven District 5000 clubs have added together their TRF funds to increase the impact of our project in the Philippines. Hundreds of doses of asthma medication and blood transfusion bags have been purchased on behalf of Vincente Soto Hospital so the dedicated staff can better treat their patients. more details |
Pink House

The Pink House is a facility for abused children & women that is terribly underfunded. The original funding from the British Embassy for this facility located on the premises of Vincente Soto Hospital has dried up. Our project last year was to teach basic fundraising techniques to the staff. We plan to offer a matching grant this year to help the Pink House raise money from new sources. |
Water Project

There is an elementry school that has no water even for basic functions such as flushing toilets. This creating unsafe conditions for the children. We are helping the building of a rooftop cistern system and associated piping for enable the school to provide proper sanitation for the children. |
