Membership Recruitment
Goal = net growth of 10 new members
Objectives:

  • Prepare an RCPB Informational Brochure (in conjunction w/ Public Relations)
  • Provide Social functions for prospective members (seeking ideas)
  • Identify local business owners & managers (all club members participate)
  • All members are recruiters! Will be supplied w/ 5 copies of club brochure (when completed), "This is Rotary" brochure & D5000 Brochure (when available)


Membership Retention
Goal = maintain at least 95% retention
Objectives:

  • Recognize a member on a monthly basis (some fun, some serious);present w/ certificate & plaque)
  • Send each member a card for their birthday, wedding anniversary & membership anniversary
  • Provide more Fellowship events
  • New member Mentorship Program (implement STAR new member orientation
    program)
  • Cares & concerns-sympathy & get well cards signed by members
  • Continuing education of Rotary around the world (Rotary Video Magazine)
  • Member Profiles published or "Why I am a Rotarian"
