David Dooley is a Civil Rights Compliance Office - Equity Specialist at the Hawaii State Department of Education. He is assigned to the Kauai Complex advising the complex area superintendent, principals, and leadership on civil rights compliance in K-12 education. Dave has worked in the field of education for 20+ years as a coach, teacher, and administrator. He holds a Bachelors of Education from Brigham Young University, a Masters in Kinesiology-Sports Psychology from CSU Fresno, a Masters in Education Leadership from Pacific Lutheran University and a Doctorate of Education Leadership from University of Southern California.
